Ground Alchemy is a neighbourhood cafe in New Farm, built on patience and craft. A 72-hour sourdough, a house-fermented chilli, and the coffee in your cup all get the same care. Considered, seasonal, and made properly.

Chicken Waffle. Smoked maple shoyu caramel, herbed creme fraiche, cured yolk.
Myrtle Pancake. Seasonal QLD mango, mango and macadamia gelato.
